Frequently Asked Questions
How can I contact AmSouth or Regions?

How do I know if I am a victim of AmSouth's penny scam?
I advise anyone who is or ever has banked with AmSouth to visit a local branch and ask for
a balance printout of all your accounts. Do not supply account numbers, have them search by name or
social security number. If you are a victim of AmSouth's penny scam, you will
notice an account that you didn't know about or an account that you thought was closed. If you
confirm you are a victim of AmSouth's penny scam, click here.
Can AmSouth close my account for no valid reason?

Why did you build this website?
Because of AmSouth's inability to handle a minor banking issue,
I started researching consumer complaints against AmSouth. While I found many, many complaints,
I noticed they were scattered across a wide variety of websites and forum boards. I felt it was
time to organize these horror stories and let others know about AmSouth's unethical business
practices.
How can BadAmSouth.com help me with my dispute?
In the short term, it can't. Although it is always possible that enough information will emerge
through this forum to initiate a class action concerning these immoral policies, it is not a short term solutions for anyone. But
with persistence, determination and assistance from others who have been wronged by AmSouth or have
knowledge of wrongdoing, we may be able to prevent others from having to experience the ruthless behavior
of the AmSouth Corporation.
